  3. Make it easy for people to withdraw their consent<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 and tell them how to do it (not only because it\u2019s a nice thing to do, it\u2019s also required).<\/li>\n
  4. Check yourself before you wreck yourself!<\/strong>\u00a0Meaning – check your consent practices and existing consents. And once you\u2019re done, treat yourself to an extra-large latte (maybe make it a decaf).<\/li>\n
  5. Who, When, How \u2013 keep evidence of consent.\u00a0<\/strong>This means that you\u2019ll be able to tell:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Who consented<\/li>\n
    • When they consented<\/li>\n
    • What they were told when they consented<\/li>\n
    • Whether they have withdrawn their consent or not. If so when?<\/li>\n
    • How they consented (via Facebook, during a checkout etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
